"It's clear that when vision and strategy are communicated so that people throughout a firm can grasp them, it creates a favorable context that often leads to the emergence of new and unsuspected strategies."

"The Search for Excellence was about people, customers, and action. Twenty years later, it's about ideas, liberation, and speed. We've ratcheted everything up several notches. It's not just people anymore. It's people paying attention to people, it's free agents, it's the power of good ideas that passionate, motivated fully engaged people can generate."

Group coaching
combines the essence of coaching- a highly motivated partnership
for the purpose of learning how to best create your own success-
with the additional elements of the Brilliance and Synergy of
the Collective Mind: leveraging the intelligence and real world
experience of others.

There are three types of groups that can benefit from this
model:
The first is for employees within the same company who
together create a team in one location.
The second is for employees within the same company that
are geographically dispersed.
The third group is comprised of individuals within a
similar or related profession, but the individuals are not in
competition with each other based on geography. ie: Loan
officers, Financial planners, Sales professionals, travel
agents, real estate professionals, etc.
How it works: The group meets via tele-bridge (a
telephone conferencing system) for one hour twice a month.
Additionally, participants schedule a personal laser coaching
session once per month with the coach to discuss and leverage
their individual challenges and opportunities. A group consists
of between 4-10 participants. The group is guided, coached and
orchestrated by an experienced coach, who insures that content
and value are not compromised, and that each willing participant
maintains positive momentum. The minimum recommended commitment
is 4 months.
A person in either type of group coaching can easily participate
by placing a direct call into a central teleconference number
from anywhere in the world, at a fraction of the cost of
traditional operator-assisted conference calls. And no travel
costs at all.

Flexibility of
the Group Model: The Group Coaching model is most often
customized to accommodate specific-business requirements and
objectives, needs and concerns. The first step in customizing
any group coaching program is to determine those needs and the
effect coaching may or may not be able to provide. This initial
consultation is via telephone and free.
Measurable Results: A plan to measure results can be
created that meets the corporation's goals and objectives.
Methods may include, but are not limited to, the corporation's
particular methods of measuring their success on a daily basis
combined with how the efforts and actions of each individual
being coached contributes to that success. A system can be
created to monitor short-term goals, activity levels and action
steps taken, as well as the percentage of increase each
individual sets and obtains per their monthly and quarterly
goals.
Four significant reasons why group coaching works for companies,
organizations, and related professionals:
-
When
working as a coaching group, participants can rapidly share
their individual/team best practices, for mutual benefit. As
a result, great ideas are quickly integrated and distributed
world-wide.
-
When
working as a coaching group, participants can manage change
quickly and respond without delay. As a result, change
happens more smoothly and with less chaos.
-
When
working as a coaching group, company and organizational
initiatives are reached more easily. As a result, the bottom
line is positively impacted.
-
When
working as a coaching group, 50-100 years of combined wisdom
from the participants accelerate the transfer of knowledge.
As a result, each participant and their company reach their
goals faster.
More questions
or what is the next step? The best way to determine if group
coaching could benefit your company or team is to engage in a
conversation to answer questions you may have and to assess the
needs of your particular company. This form of dialog can more
clearly ascertain if coaching can successfully affect your
company's bottom line.
